At Timepiece Gallery, every timepiece is carefully selected and reserved exclusively for our clients. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect timepiece, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Upon verification, Timepiece Gallery will provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Return shipping for verified claims will be arranged and covered by Timepiece Gallery.

Pre-ordered timepieces are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Pre-orders are secured specifically upon customer request and cannot be modified once confirmed.

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or dispatched. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details. Timepiece Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and clearly displayed before payment—no hidden costs.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), excluding public and mercantile holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next working day.

While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Our standard delivery service ensures safe and timely delivery across Sri Lanka:

Colombo & Suburbs: Within 2–3 working days
Outside Colombo: Within 3–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Prefer to collect your order in person? Select Store Pick-Up at checkout.

You will be notified via Email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.
